Abstract
In this review, basic information about some diseases that are encountered with varying frequencies in childhood and related to the gastrointestinal system, general information about the examination in scintigraphic studies performed in these diseases, advantages and disadvantages of the examination, patient preparation, imaging protocol, and methods for evaluating the findings are summarized. In this review, which also includes examinations performed less frequently, it is aimed to create a resource containing basic information that can be accessed quickly for Nuclear Medicine physicians by adding a few image-case examples.
