ABSTRACT

Primary tumors of the bone are very rare lesions. Metastatic bone lesions and benign bone tumors are more common than primary malignant bone tumors. In the radiological differential diagnosis of lesions detected in the bone, criteria such as age, localization in the bone, growth rate, matrix mineralization, being solitary/multiple are important. In this review, radiological imaging findings of common primary bone tumors and metastatic bone lesions are presented.
